More of a youth based channel, STAR ONE has unleashed the next leap of Hindi entertainment with a creative and miscellaneous combination of programs and innovative production values that are directed to the young and urban audiences. STAR ONE broadcasts a large collection of innovative and original programs as it showcases serials belonging to different variety of genres like comedy, drama, reality, horror, bollywood films and live performances.

STAR ONE was first launched in November 2004 with the show ‘Remix’ which appealed to the young audiences and gained immense popularity. With shows like The Great Indian Laughter Challenge, Dill Mill Gaye, Nach Baliye, and most recent show- Mile Jab Hum Tum, today STAR ONE is one of India’s most watched entertainment channel.

One of the main reasons for such a rise in popularity of the channel is that it has a different element in all its shows broadcasted as opposed to the shows showed on other channel.
