Devi was Ajav Devgan’s first small cinema production which was aired on Sony TV in 2003. It starred Saakshi Tanwar (as Gayatri) in main lead role. The show was aired every Friday at 9 PM (IST) and is currently being repeated on SET India Channel. Devi is a mythological drama. Devi thinks if one has true faith and devotion one can change even destiny. Gayatri is an orphan; she got married to Vikram a rich boy. Gayatri is a devotee of Goddess Durga. Her in-laws like her very much but her husband is not of that type. Will he accept her….
