Meera is a TV Serial which is produced by Sagar Arts and aired on NDTV Imagine.
PLOT: Meera is an extra ordinary story of pure love and devotion. This Khudki Princess is a great poetess. A saint named Raidasji predicted on her birth that she is destined for doing greater things and that her family will be known because of the things that she will achieve in life. When Raidasji gave Meera the idol of Lord Krishna at the age of 8 or 9, she instantly fell in love with him and believed in her heart that he is his husband. When she grew up, a marriage was arranged for her; however, her heart didn’t accept her husband. Because of that, her life was in constant turmoil as no one can understand her faith in the Lord Krishna and the sacrifices that she is about to take to remain loyal to this love.
