Meri Awaz Ko Mil Gayi Roshni

Meri Awaz Ko Mil Gayi Roshni is an Indian television soap that aired on Star Plus from the period (April 23, 2007 – January 17, 2008). The series could not grab high TRP ratings and thus it was taken off air from this channel. The main plot of the serial is the love and relationship of the lead actors Raj (Karan Grover) and Sudha (Ashima Bhalla). Sudha aspires to become a famous singer, and accomplish her late mother visions and dreams for her daughter. This show keeps its prime focus on the musical saga and challenges that Sudha faces during her musical journey. Nida Fazli has given lyrics to most of the songs, and the music is composed and directed by Pritam and his partner Jeet Ganguly. There were in total 150 episodes but due to dry response from the viewers the show was discontinued. For the music lovers there were some great songs and compositions sung by Gayatri Iyer –Ganjawala and Mahalaxmi Iyer.
