Sindoor Tere Naam Ka

Sindoor Tere Naam Ka is a drama series which was aired on Zee TV during March 21 2005 – April 6 2006. Due to popularity this show received, it was dubbed in Mandarin to broadcast for viewers in China. The two lead characters are Gurdeep Kohli (Vedika) and Sachin Shroff (Dhruv). This soap had a slight different storyline but revolved around the relationships of the main characters in this show. Vedika in mentally infirm and has a fear of Sindoor (auspicious red powder that married woman use to symbolize their marriage) .the concept is a bit different and proved a breath of fresh air for many television soap lovers. Story has two brothers with their complex and intricate relationships with their wife’s, the challenges they face as the story unfolds. Vedika’s husband Dhruv is finally successful in bringing his wife to a normal life with his pure love and dedication for her, but the irony happens when Vedika denies believing Dhruv as her husband.
